When you hurt someone - how do you move on?
How do you know when it's 'ok' to move on?
How do you heal the guilt and shame? How do you know that you aren’t going to be a ‘bad person’ moving forward if you don’t hold onto that shame and guilt?
Is it OK to feel good and have your own life when the person you hurt is still hurting?
If you’ve hurt someone and are finding that forgiving yourself is really hard - either for fear that you’re going to be unintentionally harmful in the future if you forgo yourself, or feeling that you don’t deserve to feel good if the person you hurt is still hurting - this video is for you.
Today I want to answer these questions and help bring some clarify around how we can take responsibility for ourselves, and then forgive ourselves and move on, learning what we can from the experience.
