There are times and places in life where we absolutely need MORE spirituality.
Where we need to slow down, tune into ourselves, connect with 'higher' wisdom and guidance.
Where we need to take a break from being 'in the world' so to speak, so that we can tune into another perspective - both for finding clarity and for the sake of our humanity.
And.
There are also times and places in this life where the very LAST thing we need is more spiritualizing of our lives.
Where looking for the deeper meaning, looking for the 'higher truth', turning to spiritual practices or tools will actually take us AWAY from what would truly be beneficial for our life path and for moving forward.

We're going to talk about why excessive 'spiritualizing' of life and everything that happens to us can be a way that we actually deflect our responsibilities and how we can catch ourselves if we start going down this path.
There's a fine line between a spirituality that is genuinely supportive of our growth, and a spirituality that is simply a way of avoiding the lives we need to be living and dealing with - and today we're going to talk about how to make sure we're finding that balance in the best ways we can.
