One of the most challenging parts of the self love/healing path is when this path leads to a dissolution of who we thought we were, how we had been operating, what we used to value and where what used to drive us no longer inspires us or motivates us at all.
One of the most confusing parts of this path is when we get to a place where we have cleared a lot of our old patterns, gotten rid of a lot of our old dramas and painful ways of being and landed in a place of relative stability - and instead of feeling peace and joy, we feel emptiness, numbness and a sense that we don’t even know who we are or what we want.
This path can sometimes be one where we end up shedding a whole bunch of what we used to be, what we used to care about, what we used to engage in - and rather than finding that we are living this whole new dream life that feels amazing - we end up having let go of what we knew but find that we now have nothing to fill in the gaps.
We cleared it out, but we don’t have anything to put in the place of what we used to have.
We are stuck in a state of questioning what we believe, who we are, what we like and what we want - and we have a lot of answers about what ISN’T true and real for us, but very little in the way of what IS true and real.
Today we are going to talk about the meltdown phase of the self love path, why it’s normal, why you’re not broken and why it’s something we CAN navigate if we know what to expect and we know how to support ourselves.
