This life is pretty complex.
It’s one where we don’t have perfect control and never will - which means that we are ALL going to go through periods of time where it feels like everything is piling up all at once and like we are being asked to carry WAY more than we can carry.
We are all going to go through periods where our health falls apart at the same time that our family goes through a crisis while work becomes more than usual and on top of it there’s a leak in the sink and the dryer has broken and the dog just decided to puke on the bed.
Overwhelm, even when we are doing the best we can to manage our lives and keep things under control is GOING to happen - which means we are all going to need to have some tools in our toolbelt to help us navigate, process and get through.
And that’s exactly what we’re going to explore together today.
How do we get through periods of overwhelm the self loving way?
How do we figure out what to prioritize and what to let go of?
How do we support ourselves emotionally?
How do we seek help that’s the help we need?
I hope to offer some concrete tools today to help you answer all of these questions, so that when overwhelm happens to you, you can at least have some support systems already in place.
