Hello Love!
I've been working in the 'spirituality' field for pretty much my entire career.
I've watched as multiple different spiritual teachers from all sorts of different traditions have tried to 'transmit' the feeling of 'God' onto those listening to them.
Through discourse. Through demonstration. Through trying to 'shoot God' out of their eyes.
I've witnessed as people have been in states of deep and often painful longing - feeling that there's something 'missing' in their lives that they're seeking to find through their spiritual practices.
I've watched as people have looked for the thing that's going to 'fill the void' some of us humans seem to have. As they've tried to bend themselves in all sorts of ways attempting to 'earn' the presence of 'God,' as far as they understand what that is.
I've seen and experienced in myself this sense that there must be some 'secret' that others have that I'm not in on - what is that 'connects' us to something greater than ourselves?
Today I want to explore this.
Now, I'm not at all saying I hold the answers to what 'finding God' is. I'm not saying I have any ultimate solution or trick.
All I'm saying is that I have a few techniques to share that have worked for ME in terms of connecting to 'God' as far as I understand what that is.
And I want to share those techniques with you.
Perhaps they will be supportive for you, maybe not.
I just want to share my experience today to see if it can be of support to anyone else.

Remember, you don't have to do this work alone!
This self love work can be really challenging.
It fly's in the face of everything culture teaches us.
Meaning, it can be really hard to remember to show up for ourselves, to learn how to validate our emotions, to stay in a state of self compassion and curiosity.
This is why I created the school - because when we do this TOGETHER, we usually find that we go a lot farther.
You don't have to do this alone, I and the other students are here to be supports for you along your path.
We're not here to be totally independent, and this path is about community just as much as it is about self empowerment.
So if you're feeling alone, remember there are people out there like you, who are doing this work too.
