Demystifying Intuition

Hello Love!
The ever sought after spiritual gift of intuition.
The capacity to know what's going to happen before it happens.
The feeling of being guided by something higher than ourselves that knows the right path for us even when we have no idea where we're going or what we're doing.
The awareness of what's going on inside of us and around us which leads to the ability to find real life, long lasting solutions to problems that initially felt hopeless.
Many of us believe that having intuition means that we have a totally clear view of our purpose, know exactly where we're going and how we're going to get there, are always aware of what's coming next, always feel guided and supported so that when challenges and difficulties arise we never feel alone and that intuition means we're always 'on track' to some larger goal/purpose.
Many out there proclaim to have special access to awareness that others can't/don't have which they call intuition, and they proclaim that their capacity to know for others is better than anyone's capacity to know for themselves. That intuition is for a select few, and that it should be regarded as a special gift.
Others believe that intuition is a big, booming neon sign that flashes before our eyes, giving us these big picture messages. That intuition means receiving guidance from 'out there', connecting to some higher power/channeling something far beyond ourselves that knows so much more than we humans could ever know.
Still others feel that connecting to our bodies, to our humanity, to our nervous system and our own feelings is something separate from the connection to our higher wisdom and guidance that comes from true intuition.
In today's video, I'd like to clear up as much as I can around the idea of intuition. I want to demystify what I believe intuition to be, how we can ALL access it, how we can determine intuition from trauma/nervous system patterns, and why learning to FEEL into our BODIES and HUMANNESS is the WAY towards a clear intuition. I want to talk about why intuition is mostly subtle, small and one step at a time vs. being big flashes of inspiration and huge full picture awareness, and how we can ALL start to develop our intuition so that we feel like we have access to answers whenever we need them.
YOU have intuition, and your intuition for yourself is going to be better and more accurate than anyone's intuition for you could ever be.
Promise.
