Have you ever felt like you've done EVERYTHING in your power to fix a problem in your life, to resolve an issue, to move forward towards a goal or desire - and found that no matter WHAT you do, you just keep looping around the same old experience over and over?
Like you've done everything you know to do to fix the 'crunch' in your relationship, always ending up having the same fight anyway?
Like you've tried EVERY remedy for a health problem, even some totally far fetched ones - and still feel like nothing has improved/things have gotten worse?
Like you've attempted to change any self sabotaging or addictive behavior in every way you know how but STILL end up returning to those same coping mechanisms over and over?
Have you ever felt like your LIFE is just...bla? Like you can't get anything to improve, shift, change or simply to FEEL GOOD?
If so, I have some tips for you.
This may not be the ULTIMATE solution to ALL 'stuckness' in life - but I promise that there will be something in this talk that helps you move the needle - even just a little, even if it's just internally.
Getting unstuck can sometimes be slow and kind of a mind-numbing process - but there are some sure fire ways to help support this transition.
Sometimes getting unstuck doesn't mean we fully CHANGE everything we want to change, and sometimes it doesn't mean getting the exact results we want. And THIS can be a PART of what we need to adjust to when we're looking to move ourselves forward. Sometimes getting unstuck means accepting that reality isn't how we want it to be right now - and learning to work with what IS instead of trying to get life to be what WE want it to be.
Sometimes we're stuck and it's not because of anything we are or aren't doing. This can also be hard to accept.
But again, there are things we can do in ALL the above scenarios that can make life feel better.

Remember, you don't have to do this work alone!
This self love work can be really challenging.
It fly's in the face of everything culture teaches us.
Meaning, it can be really hard to remember to show up for ourselves, to learn how to validate our emotions, to stay in a state of self compassion and curiosity.
This is why I created the school - because when we do this TOGETHER, we usually find that we go a lot farther.
You don't have to do this alone, I and the other students are here to be supports for you along your path.
We're not here to be totally independent, and this path is about community just as much as it is about self empowerment.
So if you're feeling alone, remember there are people out there like you, who are doing this work too.
