There is no rule that says you have to;
Worry about if what you ate is going to go straight to your butt/thighs/belly.
Say mean things about your body - inwardly or outwardly.
Feel badly if you gain a few pounds.
Look in the mirror and judge what you see.
Get upset with anything that is your physical vehicle.
There is no rule that says you have to;
Judge yourself for what you feel.
Shut down any emotional reaction to life.
Believe that there are 'right' and 'wrong' ways to feel.
Tell yourself that you 'should' be feeling or thinking or behaving in a way that does not feel true to you in this moment.
Believe that your negative emotions are anything more than messengers trying to help you.
There is no rule that says you have to;
Keep holding onto poor self esteem, just because you have felt low for a long time.
Keep believing that there is ANYTHING wrong with who and what you are.
Hate yourself if someone else doesn't get you.
Shut yourself down if someone thinks you are too big.
Take any form of abuse. Ever. At all.
Stay in a relationship or place where you are 'tolerated' rather than embraced.
There is no rule that says you have to;
Doubt yourself.
Judge yourself.
Try to fix or heal or mend yourself.
Stay in a mindset that does not reflect your ultimate truth as a perfect, Divine and whole being.
There is no rule that says you must hate or dislike any part of you.
Even if everyone else does.
There is no rule that says you have to.
So why do it?
