Today I want to dig into a more in-depth explanation for WHY the intention behind why you do what you do, is so integral to your outcomes in this life.
Specifically I want to share with you why your intentions with your BODY are so integral to the eventual outcomes you can expect with your chosen courses of action – be they diet related, fitness related, healing related or simply maintenance of health related.
I also want to share with you the last explanation you will ever need for why the diet industry is set up to fail you from the very get-go, so that you will forever be able to see it for what it is, and never fall pray to it again.
This critical understanding, when applied to the physical vessel, can then be completely experienced and thus completely understood – from which point you can take that new understanding and apply it to ALL areas of your life.
Understanding The “Thoughts Become Things” Principal:
Everything that is created here in your 3D reality – your body, your job, your relationships, the home you live in, your pet cat – is a result of thought.
It is a result of an idea someone somewhere had, that set a cascade of events into motion that eventually culminated at the point where that ‘thought’ had turned into a ‘thing.’
Thought creates the conditions for what we call “manifestation” which is simply a fancy word for things that appear on the 3D plane. Thought is what gives rise to everything you see in your world.
To give an example, you were a thought before you were created. This thought could have been your parents thinking about creating a baby, and thus the cascade of events took place in order for that to happen. Or there was simply a thought to engage in sexual activity and the same cascade ensued. Either way, you were a thought before you were a thing. You came to be in a body because of thoughts that occurred in the minds of your parents.
In the same way, any change in the 3D reality you are experiencing is also going to be a result of thought.
Change happens when the thoughts you were thinking to create one reality shift so that you can then create a new reality.
You must think about changing your food intake, your exercise routine, and your route to work, before you can actually change any of these external circumstances. These changes do not happen independent of though, but BECAUSE of thought.
Even if your food intake changes due to a change in your physical location or circumstance that seem to be beyond your control, those changes still occurred because of a line of thought – it may not have been YOUR line of thought directly, but it was still due to a line of thought.
So you see now how THOUGHT ignites CREATION. There is no creation independent of thought.
More Specifically, Thought Patterns Become Things:
The next thing to understand in the ‘Thought Becomes Things” principal, is that thought becoming form relies upon more than a ‘single’ thought. You see, thoughts work as a group – this is where we get the term ‘thought patterns.’
The process of creation requires a group of thoughts - an established thought pattern - in order to get all the way from pre-creation to physical form. This is why the human mind is so good at creating! It is set up so that it can easily attach itself to thought patterns, and then work on repeating said patterns over and over again.
The thoughts that ‘stick’ and become thought patterns are the ones that eventually turn into manifested reality.
This patterning of thought is a crucial ‘safety’ component for creation – without the need for thought patterns, every single time you had a rouge thought about a plane crash or having a million dollars it would happen! Thus you can think of thought patterns as a web that knits itself together in form – which gives you ‘time’ to re-asses your thought patterns and thus what you are creating if that is something that will serve you.
Also, you can think of these established thought patterns as a kind of ‘focusing in’ of creative energies. The more you think a thought, the more creative momentum it starts to have, and the more you will find ease in continuing to focus in that same direction. It is like a positive feedback loop – the more you think a thought, the easier it becomes to continue thinking that thought and those like it. Thus more and more creative energy is focused in that direction, which eventually leads to full blown manifestation. These thought patterns instruct your brain where to focus, so that all the crucial elements for the creation of those thought patterns will be seen, and everything that does not align with the creation of those thought patterns will be dismissed – due to our limited capacity for focus
This is an important key that I want to highlight.
When you set your focus, your brain will DISMISS all that which does not align with the focus you have chosen, and will FAVOUR everything that does align with the focus you have chosen.
It will not be a fair race for your attention. When you have chosen a focus your brain goes about making that the most prominent and dominant thing in your reality – so it won’t be the most prominent thing in reality at large, but in YOUR reality, it will be.
Which is a good thing! We need that focus and limited perspective and perception in order to be efficient creators.
So, to sum up - your thoughts become reality. And in order for that reality to be created, you must continually be thinking 'like' thoughts, which eventually weave a web to form reality.
