Why Finding A Life That Works For Us Is DYNAMIC! We Aren’t Ever Going To ‘ARRIVE’

Here’s the thing about finding a life that works for you;

It’s not about finding a ‘perfect’ job, ‘perfect’ relationship, ‘perfect’ diet, ‘perfect’ location or any other external or even internal circumstance that you can say ‘this is my place’ and then we never change or grow from that place ever again.

Learning how to support yourself ISN’T about figuring out WHO YOU ARE in the ultimate, final sense, so that you can then create a life you never have to shift from.

Learning to be on your own side isn’t about trying to figure out what ALL of your emotions, thoughts and feelings mean in a way where you then NEVER have to check in with yourself, get curious or process ever again.

Finding a life that works for you isn’t about processing ALL of your trauma and making sure you’re living your most ‘authentic’ life ever.

Rather, finding a life that works for you is about understanding that for the rest of our lives, we are going to be shifting, learning, growing and changing.

It’s about realizing that what we REALLY want is to develop tools to help us show up for whatever version of ourselves currently exists to the best of our ability - and then working with ourselves as we change throughout our lives.

The truth is, we are never going to be fully processed or fully self aware - and a life that works for us is going to be constantly shifting as we shift.

So today, let’s explore this concept of living a life that works for us, figuring out why it’s not a destination we arrive at, and seeing how we can do our best to be with all the versions of ourselves as they come and go.
