Why The Parts Of Yourself Trapped In Shame Are Your ANSWERS For Creating A Life You Love

This is one of the most challenging concepts to wrap our minds around on the self love path.

That there are NO bad parts of self.

That there are NO bad parts of YOU.

That every aspect of your being, every behavior you have, every pattern that is a part of your life - is fundamentally innocent, good, worthy of love and respect and there to try to keep you safe.

That every part of you holds a piece of the puzzle you need, in order to create a life you love.

That every part that you have been trained to see as wrong, bad, negative, immature or as being the ‘reason’ for your suffering - is actually an aspect of self that needs to be given love, space and room to express.

Because the reality is - in order to figure out a life that’s actually going to work for you, you need ALL parts of your being onboard.

In fact, when we are feeling lost, stuck and like we don’t know HOW to create a life that’s going to feel good for us, when we feel like no matter how much we try to fix, change and improve ourselves we just keep ending up feeling worse and more lost - the truth is, the parts of yourself that you hold the MOST shame around, are going to be the parts that give you your ANSWERS in terms of what you need and want in order to feel good.

It is the fact that you have been trained to deny, reject, suppress and hate parts of yourself that you don’t know who you are, what you want or what will work for you.

It’s not that you have ‘bad parts’ you have to get rid of so that you can be happy.
