The self love path is a spiritual path.
On the surface, it can of course sound like this self love work is all about 'connecting to yourself' and making life all about 'you.'
But the reality is, doing this work is so much deeper than learning about what 'fills our cup' and figuring out how to communicate with our different parts.
Rather, the self love path is one that, when practiced for long enough, is going to be a catalyst for some of the most profound spiritual experiences and awareness because it's a path that calls us into deep states of discapline, questioning rules and society at large, making room for our own connection to something greater than ourselves and it calls us to become people who walk a path that requires that we learn to find truth instead of going with what's comfortable, popular or familiar.
This path is one where we are going to be given the opportunity to TRULY get to know ourselves - but at the same time we are going to be given the tools and opportunities to truly get to know LIFE as well.
This path takes us out of 'consensus reality' and into a space of looking for something greater and more solid - and it calls us into a state where we have to dedicate ourselves to a path in a way that most people will never be dedicated.
This work is a refining work, it's a clairifying work, it's work that shifts that way we fundamentally veiw ourselves and the world around us. It draws us into deep connection with something outside of the opionions of others and it requires that we live in a way that is sometimes radically different than the 'norm'.
This path will take us places most people believe you can only experience via running away from society alltogether or through some other form of 'obvious' spiritual commitment - and that's part of what's so magical about it.
It may seem like just another 'wellness' trend at first, but when practiced with earnest, most people find that it takes them places they never imagined they'd go.
