How Do You Define ENOUGH?

Hello Love!

I've talked a LOT about how the abundance teachings aren't spiritual. About why trying to manifest more than you need isn't actually helpful for you or the planet.

I've talked a LOT about why the constant drumbeat of 'not enough' that we face in our culture at every turn - not attractive enough, not wealthy enough, not spiritual enough, not conscious enough - is the REASON we all feel so destabilized and demoralized, is the reason we get caught in excessive self improvement and consumption that doesn't actually serve us, and is the reason we SUFFER in a lot of ways.

I've talked about how finding our 'enough' is the KEY to freedom - to spiritual freedom, mental and emotional freedom, to physical freedom - and how it's the most 'spiritual' way to live, because it means we aren't OVER consuming and thus causing HARM. Because our systems of 'Wester Abundance' are so harmful.

I truly believe that getting off the self improvement track, off the over abundance track, off the path of believing we CONSTANTLY need to be MORE MORE MORE is the TICKET to the WORLD we want to see, and the ticket to an actual fulfilling life. To end the systems of exploitation we depend on right now, and to usher in a new era where THRIVING is actually possible.

With all this, I'm often asked 'ok then, so how do we know if we are living that 'enough' life? What does a life of enough look like? Who determines what is and isn't too much/too little? How do we define enough? And if we believe we are enough, does this mean we never strive for more? That we never grow? That we can't have luxury or treats or joy in the physical realm? Is enough minimalism? How minimal?

Let's explore all of this today. Let's get clear on what 'enough' is, and how you can determine for yourself what enough is. So that you can live a life of fulfillment that actually serves to create a more equitable world for everyone else in the process.
