Is there any Universal rule that says if we choose to embrace our struggles we can ALWAYS transcend? Is there any rule that we never go through anything that may actually just harm us? And what about the actual lived experience of going through terrible things? The emotions? The physical realities? The traumas that get lodged in our nervous systems? Can we always heal these things?
