In last Weeks Monday Musings, we started our conversation on the real nuts and bolts of how to manifest your ideal body - and in truth how to live in alignment with the perfection that you already are.
We covered the lo-down on how creation happens, so that you started to be able to see how your belief systems and thoughts have a MAJOR impact on your physical body and physical life in general.
Today we are going to explore the importance of EMOTIONS, and how they are massive tools for you in your health and wellness journey. Then next week we will get to how all this ties together so that you can start to create the most amazing physical experience for yourself ever.

So, how do you know if you need to re-asses your thoughts, and thus thought patterns as to avoid creating something that may be potentially destructive for you?
Your FEELINGS!
Your feelings are the second ‘safety’ component in creation. As you are thinking, and as those thoughts form their thought patterns, you will start to feel emotions/sensations in your body that let you know whether what you are about to create is in alignment with your highest potential, or if it is out of alignment with your highest potential.
In this way, you can think of emotions as the pre-manifestation state of whatever you are about to draw into your 3D reality.
They also let you know how your CURRENT manifestations are serving your highest purpose and function too – because you are constantly in a state of pre and post manifestation.
This is why it is SO CRUCIAL to learn to tune into your emotions, because they hold the key to letting you know WHERE YOUR CURRENT IDEAS OF YOURSELF ARE OUT OF ALIGNMENT WITH THE TRUTH OF WHO YOU ARE.
When A Thought Pattern Feels Terrible
When a thought pattern feels terrible, that is your internal guidance system saying ‘this is a thought pattern based on a false belief, and thus will create a 3D manifestation that is also in alignment with that non truth, that lack of potential, and will be life DEGENERATING and thus will cause suffering.
Everything that is in alignment with your ultimate potential, that is alignment with who you really are, is life generating. Anything out of alignment with the truth of who you are will be destructive to life on some level, and will eventually have to be consumed and recycled back into the light of truth.
Thus, if what you are believing, which creates what you are thinking about, and what you are in the process of creating is taking you CLOSER to your ultimate potential it will feel good in your emotional body. If what you are creating is taking you FARTHER away from what you ultimately are it will feel terrible on a deep, visceral level.
This means that while you are thinking a thought that you KNOW is an established thought pattern (those thoughts you tend to think over and over), if you connect into how it feels in your body and in your emotions, you will have all the information you need as to whether or not you want to keep sticking with that thought pattern, and thus its ultimate manifestations, or if instead you may want to go within to asses why you are thinking what you are thinking, so that you can start to create from a new belief.
When A Thought Pattern Feels Good:
The positive feeling thought patterns are the ones letting you know that you are creating from the perspective of your ultimate potential. Most of the time, this is going to lead you to beautiful creations where you light is reflected back at you – this is a part of the new paradigm. Where you are able to learn about who you are through experiences of who you really are, rather than learning about who you are via experiences that are reflecting who you are NOT. Which are reflecting shadowed aspects of yourself. For instance, where you can learn about abundance through an experience of abundance, rather than learning about abundance via an experience of poverty that drives you towards abundance. This does not necessarily mean that what you create from a good feeling place will always be a bed of roses – sometimes your creations are such that you are being shown where you are ready to let go of a belief that you may not be aware of yet. Sometimes you feel good in the creation of something that starts out being uncomfortable or something you think you didn’t want, when in the end you learn that it was exactly what you needed to step more fully into freedom.
On the other hand, these negative emotions associated to thought patterns are your maps to the shadowed aspects of yourself that need loving. The aspects of yourself which simply need to be acknowledged and invited back into the light of who you are.
So you can start to see how this all works together to support your ultimate growth and potential.
Life, in its ultimate beauty, uses pain – physical, mental and emotional – as guideposts pointing you back home to yourself. Your negative emotions, negative body thoughts, negative body feelings, psychological disturbances are nothing more than alarm bells saying “Hey you! This is not who you really are! You are light! You are love! You are ultimate potential! Anything less than that, is not life generating, and thus HURTS! So lets turn around and go back to the light!”
Now, as you start to apply this work, you will start to shift into a place where you no longer require that pain, where you no longer create from negative belief systems, and thus start to have life reflect back to you your LIGHT rather than your shadows. This will happen because you will be so good at loving your shadows back into light, that there will really be no shadow left to reflect.
For now, simply practice becoming aware of your emotions in the context of how your thought patterns make you feel. This awareness is KEY for the next steps in your ideal body creation process!

I can feel guilt arising when I follow my bliss and positive emotions. There are some thoughts coming up like ‘following what feels good is arrogant’. Maybe because I see almost everyone else in this Western mad society struggeling and suffering, forcing themselves to do things they think they need to do in order to survive, thus, drawing the conclusion that life is just a big painful struggle. Even some people that I see on a daily basis feel kind of offended if they see me smile and being relaxed. For years, I’ve been having this feeling of only getting accepted by people in the culture I grew up and still live in (Germany) when I’m stressed or in a state of victim mentality; when I go down to the level of their vibration or state so to speak. It feels like immense suffering. However, I feel ready to “break out” and let go, like life is urging me to leave. And I’ve noticed that the guilt and anxiety gets less and disappears when I focus on love. Thank you for your support! Much love, Marina
YES! In this time, we cannot look to those around us for guidance on how to proceed. This is a time to draw on what is calling to you from within. Follow that, knowing that the scary voices that tell you that you can’t or you shouldn’t will be there. Love those voices as you would love a scared child, then pull forward anyway 🙂 This is how you break the ground <3 <3 <3
