Why Hello there Beautiful One!
Alright. It is finally time for me to tell you HOW to manifest your ideal body.
In the last two posts in this series, we covered exactly how Manifestation happens, and we talked about your Emotions and how they play such a huge role in all that you create.
Today, lets finally get to how all of this plays into your physical body, and how you can use this information to finally find peace in your physical vessel.
What Exactly IS The Body Anyway?
Alright, so now that you have a foundational understanding of creation, and a foundational understanding that YOU ARE LIGHT, that you are genetically programmed to reach your ultimate potential, lets take a look at what your BODY is and how that plays into all of this.
Your body is Earth.
It is the sacred feminine. It is zero point energy, or in other words, when in ideal conditions it is negatively electrically charged. Your body is one with the earth, and earth is one with your body. There can be no separation, no matter how domesticated you try to make the body, the body will always, always, always be nature
Which means it has cycles. It has ebs and flows. It is fully ‘feeling’ based, intuitive, sensing. It is non-linear and does not necessarily follow the ‘laws’ of time (unless the mind is so binding that it must.)
It is fully and completely life affirming and will ALWAYS be striving for greater and greater levels of expansion, growth, creation, health, vitality, regeneration, and all those amazing things we want our bodies to be! Because this is the law of nature.
Nature is always striving for the highest and best. We see this as a sunflower turns its face to the sun, or as a tree maneuvers its roots towards the best water source. We see this in evolution. We see this when things go into extinction (when humans are not involved of course) Anything in nature that is not adapting and becoming stronger, that is not serving the whole eco-system is destroyed.
This is how your body operates too.
When it is sick, it is doing the best thing it knows to do to protect you from death via the virus or bacteria. Cold and flu symptoms are signs that the body is working WELL not that it is sick. If your body did not produce excess mucus and cause you to cough and spike a fever when you had a cold virus - all actions that help to kill and expel the virus from your system, you would die. Any adaptation we see in the human body that looks like illness, is actually due to the fact that the ENVIRONMENT your body is in, is not supportive of its highest expression, and so it adapts as a way of avoiding death.
This is an important point to stop and really absorb before you move on.
Any and all symptoms that the body expresses that are out of alignment with perfect health, is the bodies adaptation to an unideal environment. Rather than the unideal environment killing your body, the body is making an adjustment so that you can keep on living. Plain. and simple. No exceptions.
Your body never does anything with the intention of harming you or going out of alignment with health. When it is given ideal conditions, it will be ideal. When it is forced to adapt, we get something that is less than optimal.
Your Body The Belief System Mirror:
Your body is also incredibly attuned to what it is you believe, and will always be a manifestation of that belief.
Now you can see how this all comes together.
Your thoughts create your reality. Your body is a huge part of your reality.
With this understanding, you can now see how your BELIEFS about yourself and your world, dictate your focus, and thus will greatly impact the information you are able to receive with regards to your health and your body.
Your beliefs are what set the filter on your mind, so that you can focus in on specific thoughts, in order to create a specific outcome.
When you adopt a belief, your mind then goes about filtering out anything that does not align with that belief. It does this so that you can build stronger and stronger thought patterns, and thus eventually create a specific creation. If your mind did not do this, you would never be able to create anything specific, because there is so much information out there that contradicts itself.
Lets look at an example. If you want to build a house, there are essentially infinite possibilities for design. From shape to size to colour to texture to building material – you could build a different house every day for the rest of your life and still not scratch the surface of the potential for house designs. So in order to actually end up with a house some day, you have to get specific, and you must eliminate as many possible options as you can. You must decide on a specific shape, a specific colour, a specific design. If you continued to look at and assess all possible outcomes, you would never have a house. Creation requires that you eliminate everything that does not fit into the ultimate design plan.
This is exactly how your thoughts work to form realty. When you adopt a belief, your mind filters out everything that does not align with that belief, because all those thoughts would contradict the creation and reflection of that specific belief and thus would slow down creation or make creation contradict itself.
What You Believe Is What You Will Create.
So to re-cap - you adopt a belief. This then sets a filter on your mind so that you can build strong thought patterns. This filter works to block any information that contradicts your belief and to allow in only that which supports your belief, as a way of building up evidence that then causes you to think similar thoughts more often. From here, you create enough thought pattern that it eventually leads you to specific actions that align with that belief. Those actions then create your reality. Which then re-enforces those beliefs, and so the cycle goes round and round. This cycle even causes you to perceive things in a way that only supports your beliefs, rather than having TRUE perception of people, places and things. This is why we can so easily misunderstand one another in conversation. One can say something with one intention, and have someone else totally misconstrue the message, because they will be receiving it through their belief system filter.
For instance, if someone has a foundational belief that they are stupid, a boss may be giving them a simple correction on a project, which to the boss is no big deal and simply means that they want the mistake mended, where to the employee it means that the boss thinks they are an idiot, thereby confirming that they are stupid. The boss may think very highly of the employee, but all the employee hears is that they are incompetent, because that is what they believe to be true about themselves.
This same principal applies to your body in every way.
Your Body Is Your Primary Creation
If you believe your body is broken and in need of healing, this is the reality you will create.
If you believe you need to diet and struggle and suffer to be thin and healthy, this the reality you will create.
If you believe that you can only have a body you like through pain, and that if you are enjoying your food and your life you will gain weight, this is the reality you will create.
If you believe that you have a ‘fat gene’ and there is nothing you can do to be healthy, that is the reality you will create.
If you believe you could not possibly find a lifestyle that you ENJOY that also gives you the physical results you want, that is the reality you will create.
Now, you will of course not be CONSCIOUSLY creating these things for yourself, which is why what I am saying may sound so hard to believe. This is all subconscious filtering. When you adopt a belief such as any of the ones stated above, your brain will automatically filter out anything that contradicts that belief. So the information, lifestyle habits, thought process’ and so on that would lead you to a healthy body weight will bounce right off of you, and you will only be attracted to and feel a resonance with the ideas that keep you trapped in a sick, unhealthy body.
Anything that could actually lead you to health will sound crazy to you, or you simply won’t even register that information at all. Anything that keeps you stuck in your ill health, will sound like the best and most logical thing in the world.
Your Intention Is The Magical Key To All Of This
So now you are probably thinking - "how the hell do I figure out what all of my negative beliefs are, and how am I supposed to go about changing them, when all I have ever known is stuff that supports those negative beliefs?!" You most likely want to believe what I am saying about how your body naturally is healthy and vital, but you probably have a whole bunch of objections lined up that say your reality supports something else.
Rooting out and changing negative core beliefs is not an easy task. And if you are in a body that does not make you feel like a million bucks, if you are feeling like you are at odds with food, that you can’t have what you want and feel good at the same time, if you are stuck in any situation where you feel contention within your body – then you have some beliefs that are out of alignment with the truth of your natural health. AND you have physical evidence to support your negative beliefs. Locating those beliefs and recognizing them as not true is tough work, because you have been believing them for so long, and you have been collecting evidence that supports their ‘truth’ for a long time too!
Setting an intention is MUCH, much easier.
When you set your intention that you want to live in alignment with your highest health, you start to turn the wheels of your perfection in a new direction.
This little intention, when committed too, will not only start to shift how you see and feel about your body, and will open the door to you starting to acquire new information that helps you to align with health and wellness, it will also start to make all those belief systems you have that hinder your health start to rise to the surface and become glaringly obvious.
This intention will feel good inside your body, and inside your emotions. You will start to see what it feels like - even if just for fleeting moments - what it feels like to believe something that is in alignment with your truth. You will notice a difference between thoughts that align with your truth - and thus feel good emotionally - and thoughts that don't. This contrast will be the doorway to healing, because it will help you to start to NOTICE when you are believing something out of alignment with yourself, and when you are believing something in alignment with yourself. The reason this is so hard to see right now, is because you are so used to believing things that are out of alignment, that you take that uneasy emotional feeling as being normal. It is not until you have something to compare it too that you will start to be able to clearly identify what needs rooting out.
You do not have to go about looking for those negative beliefs, analyzing where they came from, or even desperately clamouring to change them. All you have to do is set a new intention, and then watch as things start to shift for you.
I know this may seem too good and too easy to be true – and do not get me wrong, there is still going to be lots of work that you will do on your journey towards experiencing health. It is just that this way, you have turned your internal compass in the direction of health. You now have a guarantee that the paths you go down from this moment forward are the ones that are going to lead to health and happiness, because they simply MUST due to the fact that you have set your PERCEPTIONS in the direction of health.
From here, whatever comes up, comes up.
Face it.
Look at it.
Look at your negative beliefs as they surface, and feel how terrible they feel.
Notice the contrast between a thought that feels good, and a thought that feels bad.
Notice the difference between actions that are motivated by ‘fixing’ what is ‘broken’ in you, and actions motivated by aligning with the natural health of your being.
Set your intention every morning that you are going to live in alignment with your highest health. Remind yourself of your intention before you eat, before you move, before you contemplate this program or that. When you have thoughts that feel terrible in your emotional body about your body, question them against your new intention. Move as though you already have the health you have been so desperately trying to create for yourself.
Live from your new intention, and lovingly investigate anything that does not align with it. Do this over and over, and eventually you will be living your new intention, in a body that matches who you know yourself to be.
This journey is a gift, and should not be rushed. Use this time to create a sacred new bond with your body and with yourself. There is no time limit, and every moment spent on this path is a precious one.
Your intention is the magic key.
