Today I'm going to be sharing with you the entire story of my surgery!
If you don't know I was recently diagnosed with chronic Superior Mesenteric Artery Syndrome.
Today I'm going to tell you all about the experience for going from diagnosis through surgery, through recovery and what my first few days at home were like.
I scoured the internet before my surgery to see if anyone had spoken about their experience with this procedure and wasn't able to find anything - so I wanted to share in the hopes that it could brings some comfort to anyone out there who has to get the same operation or something similar.
I also want to share just to show again how this self love path can be tied into everything we do, and how it supported me through the wild ride of this treatment protocol!
I also go DEEP in this video about how learning to STOP shaming, blaming and guilting ourselves is the KEY to navigating all of life's complexities - especially when we are in a transition and when life has thrown us a curve-ball.
