Do you ever feel like when you are on your journey of trying to heal, grow, change, transform or achieve that you keep failing, making mistakes and that getting from where you are to where you want to go seems to be taking SO long - and this makes you feel like it must simply not be for you, since it must have come easier to those you see around you?

I want to help you understand that the ‘secret’ to getting from where we are to where we want to go is NEVER having something ‘special’ - but rather it’s having the capacity to see ourselves through the nitty, gritty, boring, monotonous reality of practice.
