There’s No Silver Bullet For ‘Knowing Truth’ – Even Getting Super Good At Feeling

Here’s an uncomfortable truth;

There’s a BIG difference between using our spirituality/self help/personal growth tools as a way to BETTER navigate reality and make ourselves safe/happy where we CAN - and using it as a way to try to gain TOTAL control over our reality.

There’s a big difference between using our emotional mastery tools to become BETTER at understanding ourselves and what we need, and trying to get to a place where we feel like our emotions will ALWAYS lead us into what’s most pleasant and away from what hurts.

There’s a big difference between learning to hone our intuition so we can create ‘better’ outcomes for ourselves, and expecting that one day if we ‘get good enough’ we will be able to avoid all pain and struggle.

There’s a big difference between using our tools to help us expand into GREATER control where that’s available, and turning our spirituality and self help into a new superstition - believing that if we just get it right, one day, we will be fully free from all suffering and pain.

In real reality, no matter how emotionally masterful, how aware, how conscious, how clear, how ‘healed’ or otherwise transcended we become - we will never be FULLY safe from hurt in this life.

Our tools are there to help us become more empowered where that power actually EXISTS, and they’re there to help us navigate all the parts of life where we have little power/control.

Let’s dive deep into how we can use our tools to help us work WITH the ‘chaos’ that will always be a part of our lives, so we can create as much order as we CAN, while also being able to comfort ourselves properly when we can’t be in control.
