Until we’ve come to a place of peace about where we’re at in life and how everything has played out.

Until we’ve worked through all of our negative emotions and have nothing but positivity, sunshine and rainbows left over.

Many of us think that until we’ve reached this ideal state of ‘healed’ (whatever that means to us right now) that we are going to be in deep pain and that life can’t feel better until we’ve dealt with ALL of our stuff.

Today I want to talk about why this isn’t true.

I want to explore why the truth about healing is that every step we take, is a step that will lead to us feeling better.

Why there really is not ‘getting to the end’ or reaching a place of ‘perfect healing’ that’s required for us to get to a place of feeling better in our lives - and exactly WHY this is the case.

So you can stop waiting to be totally healed, before you can start feeling like you’re living your life NOW.

Because your life IS now - baggage included - there is no ‘over there’ where you’re perfectly healed and THEN your life can start.
